The Shriner's of North America operate 22 hospitals dedicated to helping children with orthopedic and burn problems free of charge.  Shrine Hospitals provide the most advanced medical care in the world with millions of dollars dedicated to treatment and research.

The Chattanooga Alhambra Shrine, is dedicated to helping identify children with these needs, arranging free medical evaluation, and free transportation to the appropriate hospital.
